Service Description
This 1 hour one-to-one session is a guided introduction to self-awareness and energy sensing. In this session, you will learn how to feel and recognize your own biofield the natural energy field that surrounds and supports your body. This is not abstract or imagined work. You will be guided through direct, hands-on awareness exercises so you can notice energy for yourself. During the session, you will learn how to: Feel subtle energy through your hands Notice how your body responds to focused attention Identify where your biofield feels calm, active, or tense Use stillness and attention to support your body’s natural balance You are not being healed by someone. You are learning how to work with your own awareness and energy in a grounded, practical way. This session is suitable for beginners and does not require any prior experience with energy work. Everything is guided step by step, at a pace that allows you to clearly notice what is happening in your body. By the end of the session, you will: Understand what people mean by “energy” in a practical sense Know how to sense your own biofield Have a simple technique you can use on your own for grounding, calming, and self-support *Disclaimer* This session focuses on awareness-based self-healing and energy education.
