Welcome to Soul Treats

By accessing or using soultreats.ca you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using this site.

1. General Use

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or book sessions. Soul Treats reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Digital Products

All digital products including workbooks, meditations and courses are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

3. Sessions and Bookings

Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. No shows will be charged in full.

4. Courses and Programs

Upon purchase you will receive access to your course materials. Course content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed or resold.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, images, audio, video, workbooks and course materials are the intellectual property of Soul Treats and Michelle Klassen. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.

6. Health Disclaimer
The information and services provided by Soul Treats are for educational and personal growth purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

7. Community Guidelines
By joining the Soul Treats Heart Space Community or any Soul Treats group you agree to treat all members with kindness and respect. Harassment, spam or harmful behavior will result in immediate removal from the community.

8. Limitation of Liability
Soul Treats and Michelle Klassen are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its services.

9. Changes to These Terms
Soul Treats reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
